The following edits are being requested to update the originally designed FLP Career Guide, originally created during 2022. *NOTE: Schedule dates listed are estimated, tentative. Dates can be altered per discussion and agreement between all parties via writing with exclusion to the final design deadline; unless otherwise noted.
REVISIONS/EDITS: The Free Library of Philadelphia will receive 3 edits/revision trials: one trial per draft submission.
*NOTE: Additional revisions beyond scope of agreed 3 incurred extra fee of $65 per revision.
GRANT OF RIGHTS & USAGE: The Free Library of Philadelphia grant of usage shall be the same as accepted/granted from 2022/2023 contractual agreement.

ACCEPTANCE / TERMINATION:
Upon delivery to the Client of completed Deliverables, the Client shall examine such Deliverables within three Business Days (unless dates/schedule are otherwise specified as listed in proposal/invoice) and notify the Agency in writing of “acceptance” or “rejections” and of any “Edit submissions/revisions.” All sales are final with no refunds on completed artwork. If the
Client terminates the Agreement prior to step 1 (delivery of roughs/drafts/demos) or rejects the Deliverables please read #12.7 1-4 for payable percentages – 12.10 of Terms & Conditions.

DISCLAIMER: Maryam’s Mark & Company shall make every effort to ensure the final product is free of any grammatical and spelling errors before giving the final product to the client. It is agreed it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that there are no spelling or grammatical errors contained in the final product. It is agreed that Maryam’s Mark & Company is not responsible or will not be held liable for any errors contained in the final printed product after the final product has been committed to a physical printed product or posted in view of the public. It is understood The Client has the approval to outsource to sub-contractors and will not hold Maryam’s Mark and Company at fault for any misunderstandings and will work with Maryam’s Mark and Company to ensure clarity and satisfaction is met amongst all parties. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Maryam’s Mark & Co, LLC against any and all claims, cost, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, due to materials included in the “designs” at the request of the Client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested or uses which exceed the uses allowed pursuant to the permission or release. It is agreed Client submission of online payment will act as clients agreement to contractual terms and conditions set forth by Maryams Mark and Co.
