- “Little Fox Finds A Home by Reyes Imelda Sada ” Creating customized character art to ensure connection and alignment are met per literature and illustrated scene to captivate the characters emotions in order to make sense.
Illustrations and Colorist Story Book will include General layout – 16 pages – front cover illustration. Submitted as a PDF – individual pages.
– Cover Art – 16 pages with page “33 illustration from storyboard document” as the cover art- Full Color / CMYK line art vectored postscript illustrations with last blank back page.
– Approximately 16 story pages/scenes illustrated plus Approximately 26 Computerized Colored Original Characters
NOTE: Author will clarify with publisher details on selecting one scene for pages 11 and 17.Per email via publisher for Page 5 author decided to “eliminate the running illustration”. Two Men driving pick-up truck and the two farmers will be identical characters.-Main Character: Little Fox (approx. 14-17 poses)
-Second Characters: Fox Family: AKA Mama and Papa Fox (4 poses together)
-Third Characters: 2 Men – (2-3 poses): 2 Famer Men /Pickup Truck Drivers
-Sub -Characters: chirping birds, rabbits, chipmunks, armadillo, hen, cows, pigs, 12 eggs, 12 chicks, 1 dog, truck.

50% deposit to start – $1050.00
Fee Also Includes: Creative Processing including conception and development, original illustrated approximately 26 characters, up to 7 scene locations, colorist, concept sketches and thumbnail planning, research, style sheets without text, rendering, 3 revisions trails, online meeting time(s), phone consultations, phone text, email correspondences, 16 pages – including front and back cover. Front Cover in full color with title, author name and illustrator name.
Internal pages – Full Color of original line art – CMYK storybook – Maryam’s Mark and Co will not be responsible for adding story text/ page numbers / multi-page layout within document pages.
Agreement: Sending complimentary author copies to the illustrator for their own collection – up to 3-5. Two Copies signed by Author provided to MM&Co.
Agreement: Illustration Credit Line: Maryam A. Muhammad Bey / Digital Arts Services: Maryam’s Mark and Co., LLC – MaryamsMark.com. Author/Representative agrees to illustrator credit line to be visible on front cover and “Digital Arts Services: Maryam’s Mark and Co, LLC” credit inside internal page.

GRANT OF RIGHTS & USAGE:
*Upon receipt of full payment, Maryam’s Mark and Company grants to the Client the following rights in the Illustration Work: For use as a Children Book for publication and resale in the English language; if other languages translations are needed, Client will specify language 10-14 days prior to start to discuss possible additional pricing, per layout. For the illustrations created by MM&Co for the Publication named: “Little Fox Finds A Home by By Reyes Imelda Sada “ used In the territory of the United States of America, and globally, for online and in person book sales. With respect to the usage shown above, the Client shall share royalties with the agreed amount of 10% per sale. If Client wishes to make any additional usage including but not limited to merchandising ie: toys, apparel, furniture, animations, film, food and expand exclusion rights of the “Little Fox Finds A Home by By Reyes Imelda Sada “ Illustrations/Designs and Imagery,” Client agrees to seek permission from MM&Co and make such additional payments, expand usage agreement and extend royalties as are agreed to between the parties at that time. All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved to Maryam’s Mark and Co, LLC/ Maryam and Isa Muhammad, including but not limited to all rights in sketches, drafts, idea comps, or other preliminary materials created by MM&Co. All parties are subjected to follow agreement and terms, including sub-contractors. All changes, alterations can be submitted in writing, email/text.

Fee Also Includes: Creative Processing including conception and development, type setting, style sheets, rendering, 3 revisions trails, online meeting time(s), phone consultations, phone text, email correspondences, original illustrated characters, diagrams, career icon images, concept sketches and thumbnail planning, research, publication page layout., additional time for print production consultation for possible print alterations/emails/etc. All Preliminary concept designs will be removed from shared google drive for sake of storage 5-10 days after final designs have been accepted/submitted.
PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS:

ACCEPTANCE / TERMINATION: Upon delivery to the Client of completed Deliverables, the Client shall examine such Deliverables within three Business Days (unless dates/schedule are otherwise specified as listed in proposal/invoice) and notify the Agency in writing of “acceptance” or “rejections” and of any “Edit submissions/revisions.” All sales are final with no refunds on completed artwork. If the Client terminates the Agreement prior to step 1 (delivery of roughs/drafts/demos) or rejects the Deliverables please read #12.7 1-4 for payable percentages – 12.10 of Terms & Conditions.

DISCLAIMER: Maryam’s Mark & Company shall make every effort to ensure the final product is free of any grammatical and spelling errors before giving the final product to the client. It is agreed it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that there are no spelling or grammatical errors contained in the final product. It is agreed that Maryam’s Mark & Company is not responsible or will not be held liable for any errors contained in the final printed product after the final product has been committed to a physical printed product or posted in view of the public. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Maryam’s Mark & Co, LLC against any and all claims, cost, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, due to materials included in the “designs” at the request of the Client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested or uses which exceed the uses allowed pursuant to the permission or release.
